Cancellation Policy
Your appointment and wellbeing are important to us, and we understand that unexpected situations can occasionally arise. To help us offer fair availability to all clients, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
This notice period allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost. Any outstanding cancellation fees must be settled before a new appointment can be booked.
