Game-changer for my calf injury
Picked up a stubborn calf niggle from marathon training and decided it was time to stop “running through it” and actually get it sorted. The sports massage was intense in places (no surprises there 😅) but exactly what was needed.
Everything was explained clearly — what was tight, what was overworked, and why it was causing the pain. The massage itself released a lot of tension, improved movement straight away, and most importantly gave me confidence to keep training properly rather than guessing.
Left feeling looser, more mobile, and with solid advice on recovery and prevention.
If you’re a runner dealing with calf issues, I’d 100% recommend getting this booked in sooner rather than later. Your legs will thank you 🏃🏻♂️💪
